When I first created Plate On A Budget's YouTube channel, creating a food blog as well, was a no brainer.

When you have to juggle, work, family and other obligations and creating YouTube videos, you tend to put things like a great webby on the back burner .Let's not forget that annoying little thing called COVID-19 where the whole world lost it's way.
